In 1988, a young entrepreneur named Ron Delgado was working late into the evening – trying to find a better way to polish products for his family “job shop” business. At the time, most machines only polished along flat surfaces. But when Ron had the idea for a multi-axis machine – which could polish better and faster than anything he had used before - he was determined to make it a reality. What began as a mission to perfect the art of polishing soon grew into a full-fledged quest to develop industry-changing design and manufacturing solutions. And, in 1991 – as the demand for high-quality aftermarket air induction products began to reach scale – Ron knew he had found an opportunity to make his mark on an industry he loved. Launching Injen – with a pioneering patent that allowed enthusiasts to achieve better performance from their vehicles without annoying “Check Engine Lights” (CEL’s) – Ron and his team have never wavered from their commitment to innovate and deliver products that solve for the increasingly complex nature of vehicles brought to market. Nearly three decades later – with several more patents developed and applied to several thousand new products - the Injen brand has become a household name among enthusiasts who demand high quality, dyno-proven solutions for their vehicles. Warranty Information
Intake Warrantyhttps://injen.com/ft-2435-warranty.html Injen Technology offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all intake systems excluding the filter element. Injen Technology will replace at no charge, any intake pipe considered by Injen Technology to be defective. The warranty is void if the warranty card is not returned to Injen Technology within the first 30 days of purchase. Any and all warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technology.s discretion. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement. Air Intakes and accessories Injen Technology offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all intake systems excluding the filter element. Injen Technology will replace at no charge, any intake pipe considered by Injen Technology to be defective. The warranty is void if the warranty card is not returned to Injen Technology within the first 30 days of purchase. Any and all warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technology's™ discretion. Proof of purchase is required. All warranty items must be sent freight prepaid with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and copy of original invoice. SES Intercoolers and exhaust systems Injen Technology offers a one-year warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all exhaust systems. SES Intercooler and exhaust systems that have been installed will not be eligible for return under any circumstances. Defective parts will be replaced or repaired as deemed necessary by Injen Technology. All other warranty issues will apply as indicated under the Air Intake section. Most exhaust and Intercooler system installations may require a lift and or specialized tools. Due to the installation complexity of automotive exhaust and Intercooler systems, Injen Technology recommends that a qualified technician perform the installation. Most local Tuner or exhaust and muffler shops offer professional installation
